It is expected that the Minister for Housing will publish legislation shortly to amend the Residential Tenancies Act 2004-2019 to give moratoriums on evictions and rent increases for duration of the emergency. Notice periods for short term tenancies of 6 months are also likely to increase.We will update our followers once the legislation is drafted.
